Returns and Shipping
All sales are final. Exchanges are available if there is a defect in the product. To be eligible for an exchange, please email email@example.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Items returned after 7 days will not be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange if we believe the items are purposefully misused or tampered with.
Made to Order items take 1-2 weeks and will ship in 2-5 business days after your item(s) have been made. Custom pieces will ship within 3-4 weeks unless otherwise specified. We will email you with tracking information when your order has been sent.
If your order is a rush, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can work on prioritizing your order.
Signature is required upon delivery. Carrot LA is not liable for lost shipments when tracking dictates it has been delivered. Carrot LA is not responsible for the delayed delivery of packages due to the customer not being available for signature upon arrival, or due to any unforeseen weather or technical issue within the shipping company. If your package is sent back to Carrot LA for any reason, you will be subject to paying for the re-shipment of your order.
